Cooper's Story

Cooper Avenue is a 21st century food service concept that aims to transform the public’s expectations of the marketplace. Cooper Avenue plans to satisfy the culinary needs of the Mac generation, and it plans to achieve it by offering smart value, consistent quality, variety and by creating a powerful emotional bond with the public.

It is the evolution of Main Street, the place in every town where the little bars, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops line up. There is a long and bustling Cooper Avenue running from Brooklyn to Queens and it happens to be where the founder bought and ran his first deli when he was 19.
